It's January 5th and a clear, freezing Sunday. Smoke knew it was a day for the forrest and was reminding me every fifteen minutes, which is not bad for an unpatient dog.

So it's time to take the cheap and nasty camera along and shoot some pictures of these three rascals. Sientje was the most difficult one to photograph because whenever she sees the camera she runs towards it, probably curious about its taste...

A very pleasant detail about snow is that it keeps her clean for a change! Normally when we leave the forrest she's ready to hit the showers, but snow seems to be just the thing for her too.

Clearly the place where he feels like a million bucks. In a forrest, his ass in the snow. Look at him smiling around, always on the look out for playmates and hunting action.

It's almost time for two birthday parties and as you can see these two are getting ready for it. Trying out the costumes, and the funny hat. Now.. where is my cake ???
